The learning chamber pot cover for infants has an impermeable outer layer (1), a permeable inner layer (2) and an absorbent material (3) to receive excrement between the layers. The cove has adhesive tabs to retain it on the pot. The lower edges of the cover are elastic (6) and gathered upper edges (7). There is a draw cord around the edge of the cover.
