PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly and easily control the torque transmission in a hydraulic torque converter, a hydraulic clutch, a hydraulic braking device, etc. SOLUTION: In transmitting the torque from a drive shaft 2 of a driving device 1 to a driven shaft 4 of a driven device 3, a rotary disk 5 is fixed to a tip of the drive shaft 2, a driven container 6 is fixed to the driven shaft 4 so as to cover the rotary disk 5, and the fluid 7 is filled inside thereof. An electromagnetically operated oscillating device 8 is fixed to the driven container 6, and the predetermined oscillation is given to the driven container 6 by the control signal from a signal generator 9. When the oscillation level is high, the torque transmission is reduced. When the oscillation level is low, the torque transmission is increased. The measurement of a torque computing element 11 is inputted in the control device 9, and compared with the signal of a torque transmission setting unit 12, and the torque is controled so as to be a predetermined value. |
