PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform adhesion so as not to project both ends of a connecting tape 35 out of the widths of films 2 and 18, when butting the terminal end of the using film 2 on the tip of a spare film 18 and sticking the connecting tape 35 to them to interconnect them. SOLUTION: A using film holding head 38 holds the terminal end of the using film 2, and a cutter 34 cuts an unnecessary part. A spare film holding head 62 holds the tip of the spare film 18, and the cutter 34 cuts an unnecessary part. The cut end surfaces of both films 2 and 18 are allowed to but, and the connecting tape 35 longer than the widths of the films 2 and 18 is held by a crimp head 36 to be stuck. A pair of reciprocatingly oscillatable temporary folding levers 122 and 122 are progressed and stuck to projecting part of the connecting tape 35, and then are retreated to perform temporary folding along a film end edge. Sequentially, folding rollers 124 and 124 are moved toward central parts of the films 2 and 18 from the outsides of the folding levers and folded on the rear surface side of the films 2 and 18.
