METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PERFUME EXHALATION ACCESSORY

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a perfume exhalation accessory is provided to simplify the manufacture of such accessory, and to improve the perfume exhalation capacity of the accessory. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a perfume exhalation accessory comprises a first step for digesting a resin material of a grain shape in a special undiluted perfume solution for 72 to 100 hours under a vacuum condition; a second step for drying the resin material containing the undiluted perfume solution for about 48 hours under the vacuum condition before drying it for about 48 hours; a third step for injection molding the dried resin material; a fourth step for digesting the moulded article for about 24 hours in the undiluted perfume solution, and then drying it for about 24 hours at a shaded place; a fifth step for coating the moulded primary article with a mixture comprised of a special coating agent, a solvent, and the undiluted perfume solution of about 5 to 6 wt. percent as much as the solvent and the coating agent; and a sixth step for drying the result article for about 24 hours at the shaded place.
