PURPOSE: A method for treatment of adhesive omarthritis by providing physiotherapy without surgical operation after an intravenous injection of an anesthetic to the body or body parts of a patient is provided, which makes it possible to obtain a satisfactory result within a short time. CONSTITUTION: The method for treating the titled adhesive omarthritis comprises the steps of: injecting 50 to 100mg Propofol as an anesthetic to a vein of a patient; dissociating adhesion by providing flexion slowly in a state where the relaxed upper limbs is caught; recovering the limit of external rotation by performing external rotation with various stages from a low flexion angle to a high flexion angle; recovering the limit of internal rotation by performing internal rotation with various stages from a low flexion angle to a high flexion angle; recovering the limit of external and internal rotation by performing the external and internal rotation again with various stages from a low flexion angle to a high flexion angle; injecting Ketorolac and Pethidine containing a narcotic component to a vein of a patient; and continuously performing the above flexion.
