FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to immersion combustion apparatus, whose main purpose is to evaporate various solutions of mineral salts. In some cases immersion combustion apparatus are used for other purposes: heating and cooling, decarbonization, and other processes, and can be used in chemical, mining, food and other industries. Immersion combustion apparatus consists of a housing and a submerged burner, in which due to natural gas combustion there is direct contact of flue gases with a solution. To avoid overheating of housing of burner with output flue gases and intensify evaporation process, nozzle outlet is fitted with a stabiliser in form of a truncated cone, base of which has a ring-skirt and vertical fins, distributing heat carrier flow to holes in ring-skirt and lower part of cone, effective cross-sectional area of which is equal to area of nozzle exit section of burner, and bubbling zone is located equidistant from burner housing and walls of apparatus.EFFECT: technical result is preventing overheating of burner housing by output flue gases, intensification of interphase heat exchange and increased efficiency of immersion combustion apparatus.1 cl, 2 dwg |
