PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat box which can be installed on an upper face of a western-style toilet so that a position can be adjusted easily. SOLUTION: Two slits 20 are extended on the toilet seat box 1A from a rear edge face to the front. Rugged parts 21 are provided in a longer direction of each slit 20 on opposite faces of both side parts 23 and 23. A piercing hole part 22 is provided so as to surround the side parts 23 and 23 in a square bracket shape so that the side parts 23 and 23 are elastically deformed mutually in approaching and departing directions. When a position of the toilet seat box 1A is adjusted, the toilet seat box 1A is raised and moved forward and backward to adjust the position, and then the toilet seat 1A is lowered and a block 32 is engaged with the rugged parts 21 and 21.
