PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labeled compound for nitrogen monoxide synthase, highly stable in blood, inhibiting an action of a specific nitrogen monoxide synthase and enabling a change of its physiological activity to be assayed in high accuracy, and to provide a method for producing the above labeled compound. SOLUTION: This labeled compound for nitrogen monoxide synthase is shown by the general formula (I) (R is a 11C-labeled ethyl or n-propyl). The other objective method for producing the above labeled compound comprises reaction between a 11C-labeled alkyl halide of the general formula (II) and thiourea of formula III. |
