<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent accompanying delivery of a vehicle in a parking lot to regulate passing of the vehicle by a gate. SOLUTION: Two gates 3, 4 are provided in a gateway passage 2 of the parking lot, opening and closing of the two gates 3, 4 is controlled according to vehicle-detecting state by loop coils LC1-LC3 and optical sensors S1-S3; one of the vehicles is made to enter a region between the gates 3, 4, and the two gates 3, 4 are closed. In this state, a parking ticket is issued to the entering vehicle by a parking ticket issuing machine 6, and the going-out vehicle is made to settle the accounts. When normal operation is carried out, the front gate 3 or 4 is opened, and passage of the gate is allowed.</p> |
