SUBSTANCE: device has sensor showing volume flow rate of gas-and- liquid mixture (Qmix), mixture density sensor, signal transmission unit, control signal shaping circuit which consists of unit for determination of structural function of density change process and threshold unit connected in series, two multipliers, division unit, two subtraction units, constant setting unit, permanent memory and indicator. Signal at output of second multiplier is proportional to Qg, signal at output of second subtraction unit - to volume flow rate of liquid phase (Qm.l.) and signal at output of first multiplier - to Qm.l..
