PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saccharified hemoglobin analyzer capable of operating a pump, which sucks and discharges a specimen or a dilute washing liquid, at a high speed in respective stages of sampling and capable of markedly shortening the time required in pretreatment per sample. SOLUTION: In the saccharified hemoglobin analyzer using liquid chromatography equipped with a separation column for separating a hemoglobin component, a detector for detecting the separated component, a liquid feed pump for feeding an eluent and a sampling part for supplying a specimen to be analyzed to an analayzing part, the sampling part is constituted of a specimen injection valve and a flow channel changeover mechanism including no solenoid valve and constituted so as to form a flow channel by the changeover of a rotary flow channel changeover valve. |
