PURPOSE: An orifice of an integrally assembled air conditioner is provided to assemble and disassemble the orifice conveniently and simply without flow loss, and to improve working efficiency with assembling the orifice variously. CONSTITUTION: An orifice(50) for an integrally assembled air conditioner is composed of a frame plate(60) partitioning a fan forming airflow through indoor and outdoor heat exchangers, and having a partition wall with an excision part(63); an orifice body(70) inserted to the excision part to form the partition wall, and having an orifice hole guiding air from the indoor heat exchanger to the fan; and a guide assembling part inserting the orifice body to the excision part. Fitting parts(65,65') are combined with assembling pieces(75,75') with inserting the orifice body to the excision part of the frame plate. The orifice body is moved downward for the turbo fan in inserting assembling pieces to the fitting parts, and an insertion rib is inserted to the shroud. The orifice body is assembled with top-down method by fitting the insertion rib of the orifice to the shroud of the turbo fan. |
