PURPOSE: A process of preparing the titled agent by mixing herbal medicine and grinding is provided. Whereby, the agent is free from adverse effects even when taken for a long period of time and has an excellent effect on treatment and prevention of muscular pain, arthritis, constipation as well as improving digestion function of stomach and intestine and blood circulation. CONSTITUTION: Glycyrrhizae radix, Zingiber officinale Roscoe, Gastrodia elata blume, aloe vera, bolle tree(Korean name) and mugwort having substantially the same weight are mixed and ground. The agent can be continuously taken three times a day after meals after 1 tablespoon agent is dissolved in 100 to 150cc water.
