摘要 PURPOSE: An upshift control method of an automatic transmission for a vehicle is provided to improve shift quality in shifting up from the second stage to the third stage by preventing excessive output in changing the shift pattern and wrong calculation of run-up. CONSTITUTION: The RPM(Revolution Per Minute) of a turbine is decided to be more than the critical value of run-up in shifting up from 2-range to 3-range(S110) in case of oil temperature to be less than the reference value(S100). The reference duty value is detected to upshift to the s-range in case of the RPM of the turbine to be more than the critical value of run-up(S120), and the reference duty value is added to the duty value for changing(S140) in need of change of shift pattern. Normal control is performed(S160) in case of the RPM of the turbine to be equal to allowable RPM(S150). The reference duty value and the duty value are output in case of the RPM of the turbine to be different from the allowable RPM(S170). The reference duty value and the duty value for preventing tie-up are output in case of the turbine RPM to be less than the critical value of run-up(S200), and control is performed(S220). Shift is controlled normally with outputting the reference duty value(S240) in case of the turbine RPM to be equal to the allowable RPM(S230). Excessive output is prevented, and shift quality is improved with controlling shift normally.
