PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably connect a body part and collar parts to each other and to vertically and stably stack the large and heavy body part. SOLUTION: In this cable winding drum A in which collar parts 4 are attached to both ends of a cylindrical body part 2, positioning protrusions 3 are provided on both ends of the cylindrical body part 2 having bolt insertion parts 1 in the direction parallel to the axis, and bolt insertion hole parts 5 are provided on the collar parts 4.
