<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an exclusive charger has to be prepared for each type of cameras to charge the conventional rechargeable batteries which are made to various kinds of specifications in capacity and type. SOLUTION: This is a charging system for a camera and consists of a camera 3 having a rechargeable battery as the drive power source and a charger 4 to charge the rechargeable battery 1 of the camera 3 when the camera is put on it following the instructions. An oscillator controller 16 of the charger 4 picks up one of the predetermined charging conditions indicated when the camera 3 is put on, and radiates magnetic flux from a primary coil 15. The magnetic flux is received by a secondary coil 10 with a current generator 11 and converted into DC current to charge the battery 1.</p> |
