PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make thrust act on a work in the stop state as well as to prevent step-out of a stepping motor on the work conveying end, in an electric actuator taking the stepping motor as a driving source. SOLUTION: A nut member 5 to be moved back and forth by rotating a feed screw 4 by a stepping motor 28 and a conveying table 7 for conveying a work W are elastically connected to each other by a spring means 24 in conveying of the work, an overrun of the nut member 4 is made possible by flexure of the spring means 24 after the conveying table 7 reaches the conveying end for the work, the stepping motor 28 is over-rotated, and thrust for pressing the work against a subject is obtained. |
