<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system that can offer easily services closely related with an individual without requesting a user to enter the present positional data, personal data, and customer information. SOLUTION: The information provider system connects a mobile terminal 2 to an emergency report server 7-1 and a user 9 transmits contents (illness, accidents, crimes) of emergency reports to the emergency report sever 7-1 (step 302) when the user comes across the illness and the crimes (step 301). At the same time, the provider system transmits the individual data such as the present position data 15, a contact point, a health insurance number, and the likes to the emergency report server 7-1 (step 303). The emergency report server 7-1 recognizes the present position by the obtained present position data 15, contacts the hospital and the police 10, and asks an ambulance, a patrol car, and the likes (step 304). The report server concurrently informs the contact point 11-1 about the check-in hospital name and the condition of patient according to individual and customer data 16 such as the contact points (home, business) and the likes (step 305). Furthermore, the server contacts the hospital so that the hospital can treat the patient best by utilizing the past history of a case for a user 8 which are provided by the individual and customer data 16 (step 306). Finally, the emergency report server 7-1 bills the user 9 (step 307).</p> |
