PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an easily adhesive polyester film excellent in adhesion to an ink layer, with no ink migration to the easily adhesive layer on the film, and capable of giving a transfer image of high gradation. SOLUTION: This easily adhesive polyester film is obtained by coating one side or both sides of a polyester film prior to completing crystal orientation with a coating liquid comprising (A) an acrylic resin having reactive groups, (B) a polyester resin having reactive groups and (C) a crosslinking agent followed by drying the coating liquid, orienting and then heat-treating the resultant coated film to form an easily adhesive layer on the film.
