PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which both computer image processing systems A, B can correct colors of digital imaged displayed on respective monitors and corresponding to each other with a high efficiency in the transmission of the digital images between the computer image processing systems A, B. SOLUTION: A calibration value for image color correction for image transmission is obtained in advance by using for a medium a reference color image common to an image sender and an image reception destination each having the computer image processing system, this calibration value is substituted into an action program and this action program is applied to a monitor display digital image of the computer of the sender or the reception destination to correct the color of the digital image.
