<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of checking an internet mail, an internet mail system and a recording medium for instructing whether the internet mail in an organization, such as a school or an enterprise, is an appropriate reply. SOLUTION: An identifier for obtaining approval is added to a part of a mail from a transmitting terminal to the outside of the organization as the destination. At detecting that the identification has been added to a mail to be transmitted, a server stores the mail in a preservation area for approval, an approver checks the mail stored in the preservation are for approval; and when the mail is inappropriate, the server returns the mail to the origin of the transmission of the mail as the destination, and transmits the other mails to the destination.</p> |
