METHOD FOR MOLDING RESIN CONTAINING LONG FIBERS AND MOLDINGS FORMED OF THE RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide moldings of resin containing long fibers which have no weld part and are free from the generation of an inverted blister. SOLUTION: The method for molding the resin containing long fibers and the moldings using the resin containing long fibers as a molding resin, formed of the resin by a relay gate method using multipoint valve gates G1-G4 are provided. The long fibers to be used are preferably the about 5-15 mm long glass fiber or carbon fiber. Further, about 10-50 wt.% glass fiber or carbon fiber are added to a molding resin material and kneaded together and further the mixture is used for molding.
