PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an agitator cleaning waste liquid treating device in a small area, to make it inexpensive, to take out aggregate separated from cleaning waste liquid in a state where it can easily be reused, to make the constitution of a device for the dehydration of sludge to be simple, to reduce facility cost, to make maintenance to be easy, to shorten the time required for the dehydration of sludge and to make the disposal of separated sludge to be easy. SOLUTION: This treating device is provided with a transportation drum conveyor 2, a trommel 4 separating the cleaning waste liquid 10 of an agitator 9 into aggregate 11 and the mix liquid 24 of sludge and cleaning liquid, an aggregate dehydration device 5 dehydrating aggregate 11, a sludge dehydration device 7 dehydrating sludge and sludge drying devices 43 and 70 having heat blowers and drying sludge. The treating device is also provided with a vibration part 73 vibrating a bag-like filter 37 in the sludge dehydration device 7 and a filter device 71 filtering cleaning liquid collected by the aggregate dehydration device 5 and the sludge dehydration device 7.
