PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly apply a spray liquid on the outside surface of a glass vessel and to reduce the futile use of the spray liquid. SOLUTION: A nozzle chip having a jetting port of a binary fluid nozzle is formed so as to have a dome like tip part on the tip of a cylindrical body part, and the jetting port is disposed in the body part in the shape of a vertical slit. Because the spray liquid sprayed from the jetting port is diffused in a direction horizontal to the vertical line, the spray liquid flows curvilinearly along the body part of the glass vessel to deposit the spray liquid uniformly on the whole body part.
