PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dewatering belt filter which can increase the speed of slurry dewatering treatment, and a clinker treatment system having the filter. SOLUTION: After different amounts of clinker slurry are supplied to slurry inflow areas 51a and 51b formed by an outflow preventive side wall 38a, front and rear outflow preventive partition plates 45, and a step forming partition plate 50 located between the outflow preventive partition plates, the step forming partition plate 50 is lifted with endless belts 46a and 46b to be extracted from dewatering cake layers generated in the slurry inflow areas. Alternatively, after different amounts of the clinker slurry are supplied to the slurry inflow areas formed by the outflow preventive partition plates which are frame bodies and the step forming partition plate which is a frame body or a plate, the step forming partition plate is lifted by a step forming partition plate lifting means and extracted from the dewatering cake layers generated in the slurry inflow areas.
