PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an illegal action by recognizing an opening of a transparent plate door attached to a game machine. SOLUTION: A door opening detector 7a capable of detecting the opening of the transparent plate door 7 of the game machine is attached to the game machine and a recording medium recognition device 26 capable of recognizing the contents of a recording medium carried by a person in charge is provided on the game machine 1 or near the game machine. Signals from the door opening detector 7a and the signals from the recording medium recognition device 26 are managed through a controller 25. The controller 25 performs output to indicate the illegal action when receiving opening signals from the door opening detector 7a in the state of not recognizing the contents of the recording medium in the recording medium recognition device 26.
