PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preclude risk that the adoption of a type where an engine intake vacuum is used to elastically deform a movable membrane exposed to a main liquid chamber will result in an outflow of liquid in the main liquid chamber to the engine intake side if the movable membrane is degraded and broken by gasoline. SOLUTION: A cylindrical part 7 constituting an elastic body member exposed to a main liquid chamber 20 is partly formed as an elastically deformable movable membrane 10, which is connected to a control chamber 13 and whose elastic deformation of a given degree is limited by a movable membrane stopper 15. The control chamber 13 is switchable via a selector valve 14a between an atmosphere opening state and a vacuum state connected to an engine intake side. The surface of the movable membrane 10 facing the movable membrane stopper 15 carries a separately formed gasoline-resistant film 50 integrally bonded thereto.
