PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively develop a tire suitable for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A simulation method for a vehicle and tire performance, comprising: a tire model step S1 for creating a tire model in which the tire, including a ply, is modeled as limited number of elements; a vehicle body model creating step S2 for creating a vehicle model in which the vehicle body, including suspension parts, is modeled as limited number of elements; a vehicle model step S3 for creating a vehicle model by attaching the above tire model to a suspension model, which is created by modeling the above suspension parts of the above vehicle body model; and a step S5 and S6 at which a vehicle driving characteristic or a tire characteristic is simulated through performing a virtual driving of the above vehicle model with a given prescribed boundary condition.
