MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NICKEL PLATED STEEL SHEET FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE SHIELDING

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nickel plated steel sheet for electromagnetic interference shielding is provided which has superior electromagnetic interference shielding performance in a steel sheet that is a raw material for an electromagnetic interference shielding casing. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a nickel plated steel sheet for electromagnetic interference shielding comprises the steps of manufacturing an electrical steel sheet containing 0.5 wt.% or more of silicon(S1); forming a nickel plating layer having a thickness of 0.5 microns to 5 mm on the electrical steel sheet(S2); and heating the nickel plated electrical steel sheet at a temperature of 400 to 1000 deg.C for 10 to 1800 seconds(S3). The nickel plated steel sheet for electromagnetic interference shielding comprises a nickel plating layer having a thickness of 0.5 microns to 5 mm on an electrical steel sheet containing 0.5 wt.% or more of silicon; and a Fe-Ni alloy layer which is formed between the nickel plating layer and the electrical steel sheet.
