<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance processing efficiency by carrying out communication operations, without requiring labors such as an operator in a net service system to make automatic collection of the operating circumstances of instruments installed at the respective user site in a service center, using an already existing network system and carrying out a service action. SOLUTION: Operating status data for instrument installed at the user site is transmitted to a center and is accumulated and analyzed to determine an action item. The center transmits action items to a service station, and a dispatching instruction is sent from the service station to a service man, who carries a mobile terminal. After the service engineer pays a visit to the user, the service engineer inputs a report from the mobile terminal. The input information if fed-back and accumulated in the service station, a data management center and relating divisions.</p> |
