<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building state confirmation support system, using the Internet capable of simultaneously satisfying requirement of the order of a building, who desires to confirm the state of the building under construction at site and the requirement of a constructor which desires to increase the chance of a commerce, in close communication with the orderer of the building. SOLUTION: This system is for confirming the state of construction between the constructor and the orderer of the building by using a server 2 connectable via the Internet from the terminal 1 of the orderer of the building. The server 2 comprises a means 21 for individually authenticating the orderer of the building, a means 22 for specifying the information which has already been browsed by the orderer among the information accumulated in the server 2, a means 23 for accumulating the information for the constructor to desire to confirm thereon to the orderer as well as the date of the confirmation, and a means 24 for transmitting the information which has not been browsed by the owner by the date of the confirmation to the orderer or the constructor. The date of the confirmation may be such a date, when the information browsed regardless of the orderer to the constructor.</p> |
