PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the mounting strength of a handle grip. SOLUTION: The handle grip 20 is fixed to a front frame 1 extending through a lower tray device 10 from the front side thereof. The handle grip 20 is set so that the central line L of the handle grip 20 forms a prescribed angleθ2 with the front side surface of the front frame 1, whereby the operability of the handle grip 20 can be enhanced.
