SOLUTION: For a mouthpiece for extrusion molding of a cramic honeycomb having a ceramic body-molded groove and a plurality of ceramic body supply holes respectively communicated to the molded groove, when an opening area per unit area of the ceramic body supply hole on an axially vertical section of the ceramic body supply hole is D1 and an opening area per unit area of the ceramic body molded groove is D0, an opening ratio R=D1/D0 is 1.0<=R<=2.5.
