PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollution-free rustproof coating composition excellent in long-term rustproof property, capable of carrying out thick film coating and excellent in coating characteristic. SOLUTION: This pollution-free rustproof coating composition is obtained by compounding a resin solid component with slag containing an alkali group produced in a scouring process, mica and aluminum molybdophosphate.
