摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring each PFC component in exhaust gas with greater ease and higher reproducibility with an FT-IR than with other means. SOLUTION: The method of measuring greenhouse-effect gas with an infrared absorption spectroscope includes the step of selecting a process chemical substance, the step of selecting a chemical substance as a target of quantitative determination which corresponds to the process chemical substance, the step of designating the expected concentration ranges of the process chemical substance and the chemical substance serving as the target of quantitative determination, the step of selecting libraries corresponding to the expected concentration ranges of the process chemical substance and the target chemical substance, and the step of analyzing, based on the libraries, data obtained through the infrared absorption spectroscopy of the gas.</p>
