PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for embedding a watermark to be embedded in a dynamic image, without making the electronic watermark signal conspicuous. SOLUTION: The method for embedding the electronic watermark comprises the step of measuring a dynamic vector via a step of predicting the motion of the dynamic image to be an object.
