<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-reliability toll road fee collecting method not requiring a dial call from a portable terminal or the transmission of the vehicle transit information by a telephone to a superhighway toll gate only by turning on the portable terminal for moving body communication such as a cell phone without requiring a dedicated terminal mounted on a vehicle and capable of adequately preventing the modification of a number plate. SOLUTION: This roll road fee collecting method includes a step for detecting a vehicle identifier at an entrance, a step for receiving the position registration signal of the portable terminal and detecting a portable terminal identifier at the entrance, a step for reading the registration data of one or multiple limited portable terminal identifiers corresponding to the vehicle identifier stored in advance, and a step for selecting the corresponding portable terminal identifier from the registration data of one or multiple limited portable terminal identifiers and using the corresponding portable terminal identifier as a portable terminal identifier to be charged corresponding to the vehicle identifier.</p> |
