PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the scattering of toner around a toner image which is transferred and to prevent the occurrence of a missing of image due to irregularities of the image in an image forming device which transfers the toner image on an intermediate transfer belt to a transfer material by means of a transfer roller which is disposed opposite to a roller supporting the intermediate transfer belt.
