PURPOSE: Provided is a shoe heating device for heating semi-permanently in the winter by heating electrothermal wire, which generates electric current by driving a current generator mounted under the sole of a shoe by pressing the sole with walking foot. CONSTITUTION: The shoe heating device comprises a fixed front sole(1), a rear sole(1') capable of moving up and down, a connection pin(10) connecting the front sole(1) to the rear sole(1'), an inhaling/exhausting hole(2), driving devices(4), a driving toothed wheel(5), crank shafts(11) coupled with the driving toothed wheel(5), a toothed wheel(12) driving the current generator(6) by the driving force of the driving toothed wheel(5), springs(3) pushing the rear sole(1') up, upper and lower cylinders(3') for preventing the springs(3) from leaving, support springs(7) restoring the crank shafts(11) down, the electrothermal wire(8), and electric wire connecting the electric current to the electrothermal wire(8).
