PURPOSE: A method for controlling the notice board of the web site is provided to improve the reliability of a relevant web site and the satisfaction of a user by instantly informing the user of the response processing content on the notice board. CONSTITUTION: The user accesses a web server through the internet by using a user terminal(S10). The web server sends the initial menu screen data to the user terminal through the internet(S12). When the user selects the other item(S14), not a notice board item, the corresponding signal is sent to the web server through internet. The web server transfers the screen and text data about the selected item to the user terminal(S16). When the user selects a notice board inquiry item(S14), the corresponding signal is sent to the web server. The web server checks if the user is a member or not(S18). If the user is not a member(S18), the web server transfers the screen data of the whole notice board to the user terminal through the internet(S20). On the contrary, If the user is a member(S18), the web server transfers the screen data of the whole notice board and the screen data of the private notice board to the user terminal through the internet(S22). In conclusion, the user can check the processing state about the own question on the notice board through the whole or private notice board screen.
