PURPOSE: A low speed fluid is used effectively for power generation, thereby reducing cost. CONSTITUTION: A rotation main shaft(1) is formed vertical with the fluid direction. More than 3 radial rotation body(2) is installed in the rotation main body(1). At the end of the rotation body(2) is formed a rotation shaft(3). Two-fold vale(3) is installed in the rotation shaft(3). An inclination converting gear(7) is formed in the rotation shaft(3). When the rotation shaft(3) is at the highest point, the gear is meshed in such a way that the vale(4) is vertical with the fluid direction. Thus, when the rotation shaft(3) is at the lowest point, the vale(4) is parallel with the fluid direction. |
