PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical printing plate which is best suited for rapid printing. SOLUTION: This cylindrical printing plate is fixedly wrapped around the cylinder 300 of a rotary press, and comprises a plate body 100 on which a printing matrix 120 is formed and a bar 200 which is fitted to the forward end part 101 and the rear end part 102 of the plate body 100 and inserted into a plate mounting groove 310 formed in the cylinder 300 when the plate body 100 is fixed to the cylinder 300. The bar 200 is constituted of a pair of bar bodies 210 made of a synthetic resin which grip the plate body 100 and an auxiliary metal bar 220 tightly held between the paired bar bodies 210.
