PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin sheet excellent in resistance to cracking during molding at room temperature and at a low temperature, sliding property, and transparency. SOLUTION: In the multi-layer sheet, on both surfaces of a substrate sheet formed from a copolyester in which 10-70 mol% of the ethylene glycol component of polyethylene terephthalate is replaced with 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol, outer layers of a resin composition containing 0.1-2 pts.wt. of inactive particles and 0.01-1 pts.wt. of an elastomer per 100 pts.wt. of the copolyester are formed.
