PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in gas-barrier properties which exhibits the gas-barrier properties immediately after heating and can keep the properties even when a thermoplastic resin heated at a high temperature is laminated on the barrier coat layer of a gas-barrier base material by an extrusion lamination method. SOLUTION: In the gas-barrier laminate 10 obtained by laminating the thermoplastic resin at a time on the barrier coat layer 12 of a gas-barrier film 13 in which the layer 12 is formed on a base material film 11 by the extrusion lamination method, a mixture of PVA and an inorganic laminar mineral is used for the barrier coat 14.
