PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with the conventional uniaxial shear crushing machine that the rake angles of cutting tool chips having a thickness are heretofore negative and therefore the interference with a stationary blade is liable to occur and crushing efficiency is heretofore poor. SOLUTION: This uniaxial shear crushing machine is constituted by forming the stationary blade of many peak-shaped cutting blades, forming a rotor of many V-grooves, welding and fixing a cartridge into the V-grooves, fixing the cutting tool chips of square-shaped cubes of a square shape onto the cartridge by screwing and forming the positive rake angles by recessing the cutting surfaces of the cutting tool chips to the inner side.
