PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixing agent having excellent expansion characteristics and antibacterial and antifungal characteristics and a cement composition containing the same. SOLUTION: The cement admixing agent contains free lime, anhydrous gypsum, one or more selected from hauyne, calcium ferrite, calcium alumino-ferrite and calcium silicate and one or more selected from CuO, ZnO and Ag2O. The cement admixing agent above is characterized in that the free lime is contained in an amount of 30 to 60%, and the total amount of the one or more selected from CuO, ZnO and Ag2O is 0.1 to 5%. Further, the cement composition contains cement and the cement admixing agent. |
