PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controlled pan head system which can relieve an operator from burden and reduce operation errors by a method wherein an all-automatic switch is provided in the operation unit of the remote controlled pan head system and, when the switch is turned on, initial conditions of a plurality of control items of the camera are automatically set. SOLUTION: An all-automatic switch 48 is provided in the operation unit 12 of a remote controlled pan head system. When the all-automatic switch 48 is turned on, white balance and black balance can be automatically adjusted and the operation of an iris is switched from manual operation to automatic operation.
