<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily draw up complicated and wide-ranging schedules in die manufacturing processes. SOLUTION: A schedule system 20 determines working schedules by dividing them into long term (several months to several weeks before start of working) and short term (immediately before to several weeks before the start of working) including work process instruction information to manufacture dies based on external information including machine type plan information 44, drawing release information 46, material arrival information 48, outside product arrival information 50 and components arrival information 52. Then plans according to work processing abilities are made for each calss in a long-term schedule determination process and allocation plans of works are made in a short-term schedule determination process. Thus, the complicated and wide-ranging schedules in the die manufacturing process are easily drawn up.</p> |
