PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote use of an automobile-related service organization by providing information and obtaining a guidance effect to a person who is unaccustomed to automobile usage environment at a new address of residence. SOLUTION: In a moving-related agency, registered customer data including personal information of registered customers is stored, a part of the personal information stored as the registered customer data is transferred to the automobile-related service organization and the automobile-related service organization provides prescribed service to prescribed individuals, based on the transferred personal information.
