SELECTIVELY REMOVING METHOD OF CARBON NANO TUBE

摘要

PURPOSE: A selectively removing method of carbon nano tube is provided, which can obtain only carbon nano tube that has necessary electrical characteristics by selectively removing nano tube that has only one characteristics among semi-conductor characteristics and electric conductor characteristics, the carbon nano tube being originally formed in mixed state of semi-conductor characteristics and electrically conductive characteristics. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the following steps: (i) connect carbon nano tube in parallel by forming electrode; (ii) adjust temperature of the carbon nano tube and apply a fixed voltage of pulse type to the carbon nano tube to selectively remove carbon nano tube that has unnecessary characteristics and obtain only the nano tube that has necessary characteristics.
